Terms of Service and Important Information
By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Before You Order
- I reserve the right to decline commissions.
- You are free to give me a different character/theme if I decline your initial request.
- I have the discretion not to tell you why I declined your character.
- I cannot accept your commission if you need the art finished by a certain date.
- Correspondence is limited to the platform where you originally sent your order.
(example: E-mail orders will receive e-mail updates, Toyhou.se orders will receive updates through PMs)
Permissions
You may use art you've commissioned from me for:
- personal, non-commercial, non-political/non-discriminatory/non-hateful use
- commercial use, provided that you inform me of all specific (preferably all potential) uses
- posting on character repositories (e.g. personal Weebly sites, Toyhou.se,) with proper attribution:
Weebly/Carrd: pax on Toyhou.se / cardiacarsonism / paxy
BlueSky: cardiacarsonism.bsky.social / pikkulokki.bsky.social
Toyhou.se: pax (any) / hoar (preferred for furry/anthro)
- posting on other websites if you obtain written permission from me first - this is granted on a case-by-case basis and is subject to my prohibitions (ex.: AI training and NFT minting are strictly prohibited)
- cropping, use for profile images/icons/forum signatures, using my art as a wallpaper for personal, non-commercial, non-political/non-discriminatory/non-hateful use
Prohibitions
You are prohibited from using art you've commissioned from me for:
- undisclosed commercial use - please discuss any and all commercial uses with me beforehand
I reserve the right to charge commercial use fees for specific use-cases (ex.: merchandise)
- use in political, discriminatory, or hateful imagery
- removing my signature, unless previously requested for commercial-use commissions only
- AI model training / use in large-language models / minting NFTs
Payment
- Please pay me only after you have approved of the lineart phase work-in-progress (static commissions) or lineart animation work-in-progress (animated commissions).
- I accept payments in US Dollars and Philippine Pesos only.
- USD payment methods: Ko-Fi, Wise.
PayPal is available on request but strongly discouraged.
- PHP payment methods: Local Bank Transfers, E-wallets (GCash, Maya)
